Class Registration Form

  • Classes are available for current and former serving ADF members.

  • Classes are free except Pottery* which has a fee, MAPA will provide invoice details for participants to make payment and payment must be made at least 45 days prior to class commencement. 

  • All fees must be paid to secure place in Pottery* classes.

  • POV only classes are for Partners of Veterans only

  • All details must be completed to enable service to be verified before we will confirm you place in classes.

  • Classes are offered on a first come first served basis.

  • Classes may be postponed, dates or timings changed or cancelled at the discretion of MAPA where there are insufficient class numbers, teaching artist or staff availability.  Where possible an alternative class may be offered.
